    Available shift: 1st shift 6AM to 5PM Monday to Thursday and 3rd shift 7:30PM to 6AM Sunday to Wednesday. Overtime is available on an as-needed basis.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racks
    • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
    • Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation
    • Work collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
    Requirements and Qualifications:
    • At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or completion of welding training program
    • Must be able to pass a welding skills test
    • Own welding helmet with speed lens required
    • Must wear steel-toe boots
    • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for full 10-hour shift
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    • Sorting Product
