Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring Assemblers (Manufacturing) for a large, well-known client in Detroit, MI. As a Pallet Assembler, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced and assembled.
The Pallet Assembler is responsible for operating machinery for the purpose of injection molding, assembling, manufacturing, and/or packaging product. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $15 an hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shifts include 1st shift from 7 am-3:30 pm.

Responsibilities of the Assembler:
- *Nail gun experience required*
- Prior experience with a nail gun. 1 years’ experience with use of nail gun not just occasional experience.
- Reliable Attendance
- Assemble wood pallets with a nail gun.
- Will not be cutting materials for pallets or shipping boxes. (These pieces come precut from supplier). Just assembly only.
- Keep the work area and surrounding area clean.
- Collaborate in Fast paced environment (must be efficient)
- Pay Rate: $15 if hard worker and shows worth they will give pay increases.
- PPE: Gloves, Safety Glasses and work boots
- Dress Code: Shop attire
- Must be proficient. Fast pace.
- Must have previous nail gun experience (1 year).
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance
