Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Electrical Assembly (non automotive) in Fraser, MI.   In Electrical Assembly you will work in an extremely detail oriented electrical environment.   
  1. Assemble components and subassemblies using power tools and hand tools
  2. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
  3. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area
 This position will require candidates to have previous experience in mechanical assembly or related field. You must also have:
  1. Previous wiring/cable experience (not fiber optic) in mechanical assembly or related field preferred
  2. Knowledge of measuring tools and hand tools commonly used in electrical assembly
  3. Familiarity with machining processes and the use of calipers for precise measurements
  4. Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring
  5. Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  6. Strong attention to detail and quality control
  7. Soldering experience is a plus
