Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a Welder for a transportation company in Fremont, OH.  A successful Welder should have excellent troubleshooting skills and high level of attention to detail. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20/hr - $25/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.      Responsibilities of the Welder:
  • • Set up welder• Mig / Tig Welding for special projects• Weld flat, overhead, horizontal and vertical • Follow Safety Procedures• Quality Checks
 Required Qualifications of the Welder:
  • Ability to pass a weld test
  • 2+ years of Welding experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
