Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a well known company in Holland, OH. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered while leading a team to support efficient production and high-quality output.
This is a working team lead position. You will work alongside your team in daily warehouse operations. You will also be responsible for coordinating team activities, and ensuring the accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of equipment, supplies, parts, and raw materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Available shifts include:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime flexibility is required:
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Team Lead:
- Supervise and support warehouse associates in daily operations
- Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity goals are met
- Receive, identify, and verify incoming shipments
- Oversee proper storage of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment
- Ensure accurate packaging and shipping of materials and equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy and lead cycle count activities
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
- Train team members on procedures, safety standards, and best practices
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and communicate with management
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Team Lead:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse leadership experience required
- Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required
- Inventory management experience, including cycle counting, preferred
- Tech savvy, familiarity with SAP software preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
