Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a large, well-known client in Northwood, OH.
This is a key position within their organization and plays an important role in maintaining our reputation for quality and speed in processing and delivery. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling materials, cutting metal to customer specifications, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling materials, cutting metal to customer specifications, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Available shifts: 1st shift, Monday to Friday (same day overtime possible)
- Training: 7AM to 3:30PM
- Regular schedule: 10AM to 6:30PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pull inventory from storage prior to processing
- Operate band saws and shears to cut metal to customer specifications
- Accurately record inventory transactions
- Return materials to proper storage locations
- Wrap and package orders to ensure safe shipment
- Assist with receiving and storing incoming materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Read and interpret basic measurements, including fractions and decimals
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a tape measure test
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs independently
- Basic computer skills with the ability to enter data accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in high-volume production environments is a plus
- Metals experience is helpful but not required – training provided
