Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a large, established client located in Maumee. The Tool & Die Maker's responsibilities include setting and removal of dies, troubleshooting of die issues, changing tooling, working with new model introduction parts, preventative maintenance, completing job sets, equipment maintenance, and other assigned tasks.
This position does require a journeyman tool & die license and a minimum of 5 year's experience (or a proven 8 years of experience) in a high volume manufacturing setting. Candidate must be self-motivated and flexible with their shift availability.

Responsibilities of the Tool & Die Maker: • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment. • Repair all production equipment as needed. • Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed. • Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards.
