Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: Pay based on experience
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role supports the Human Resources department in a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on recruiting, scheduling, and employee support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in HR functions (excluding payroll and benefits).

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role supports the Human Resources department in a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on recruiting, scheduling, and employee support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in HR functions (excluding payroll and benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling candidates for interviews and coordinating team interview panels.
- Provide support for employee engagement activities, including surveys and feedback initiatives.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and communication between hiring managers and candidates.
- Support HR team members with day-to-day administrative and project-based tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to associates, responding to HR-related inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an assistant, coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus.
