Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring a Technical Support Representative to assist a manufacturer and provider of CNC routers, and machines in Perrysburg, OH. This position is fully onsite.
As a Technical Support Representative you’ll assist customers with product questions and troubleshooting. We need a quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, clear communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Technical Support Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting product issues
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and support cases accurately.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve escalated problems.
- Take part in product training and help train team members.
- Contribute to achieving and surpassing customer satisfaction targets
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and solid mechanical aptitude.
- High attention to detail and capable of performing well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Patient, professional, and customer‑focused demeanor.
- Previous call center experience is required
