Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a local manufacturing facility focusing on the production and assembly of automotive parts. They are currently seeking team leads to join their 3rd shift team!
Team Lead positions start at $22.05, working Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, 10:20 p.m.- 6:30 a.m.

Team Lead Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that all systems are properly used in the production of the product
- Enhance production team performance through training, facilitating, communicating, and helping the team
- Always promotes philosophies an values
- Create and maintain a safe work environment
- Train, audit, and ensure the methods are followed by every team member
- Support the supervisor on any line or production problem solving communicating
- All other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- Experience of 3+ years in sequencing
- At least one year in a team lead of managerial position
