Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is looking for a versatile laborer who is mechanically inclined and ready to help with a variety of tasks across a local manufacturing facility. You’ll support assemblers, welders, and QC team by taking care of odd jobs that will allow them to stay focused on their core tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate various hand tools and power tools (impact wrench, pipe wrench, grinders, air tools, etc.).
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks using steel pipe fittings.
  • Operate bandsaw, drill press, cut-off wheel, sander, and other equipment.
  • Basic welding (small jobs).
  • Forklift operation.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow directions and work independently as needed.
Requirements:
  • Mechanically inclined (wrench, pipe wrench, air tools).
  • Familiarity with hand tools.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Basic Welding experience (small jobs).
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions.
  • Steel-toe boots required
