Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Shop Foreman in Fremont, OH. As a Shop Foreman for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work with a project based fabrications company.
This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($25 - $30) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Job Responsibilities of the Shop Foreman:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, welders and machinist to ensure efficient production
- Assign tasks and monitor team progress to meet production schedules
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve fabrication issues
- Monitor production output and quality, ensuring standards are maintained
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements of the Shop Foreman:
- Minimum of 8 years of Supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Fabrication experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Welding Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Forklift experience
- Able to read Blueprints
- Knowledge of Machinery
