Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Shipping Leader for an automotive manufacturing company in Roseville, MI. A successful Shipping Leader should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines.

Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
This is a 1st shift position from 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime is available.

Responsibilities of the Shipping Leader:
- Visually inspect parts received from manufacturing.
- Accurately count and box parts to specifications.
- Record deficiencies as required.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Transfer department shipments to appropriate company or outside shipping department.
- 3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
- Understanding of computers and in programs like Word, Excel, and Office strongly preferred.
- A background in manufacturing is a plus.
- Fast learners, and detail-oriented people encouraged to apply.
- Applicants with experience using customer web portals are preferred.
