Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Shipping, Receiving, & Parts Specialist to support warehouse operations in Oak Harbor, OH. As a Shipping, Receiving, & Parts Specialist for Cardinal Staffing, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and on track, including:
  • Receiving, Inbound and Outbound Logistics 
  • Parts Fullfillment
 This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.   Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/Hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.   Responsibilities of the Shipping, Receiving, & Parts Specialist:· Inspect incoming shipments and verify quantities· Unload deliveries and organize materials· Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)· Coordinate with freight carriers and local drivers for daily pickups· Ensure shipping labels and documents are accurate· Pick, pack and label daily part orders· Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure components arrive undamaged Required Qualifications of the Shipping, Receiving, & Parts Specialist: · Valid driver's license is required· At least 1 - 3 years of Warehouse experience or equivalent environment (preferred)· At least 1 year of forklift experience · Familiarity with shipping software and basic data entry· Knowledge of regional freight lanes and LTL shipping is a plus About Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
