Cardinal Staffing is immediately hiring a Service and Repair Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Southgate, MI. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and have a knack for diagnosing mechanical issues, this opportunity is for you.1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday | $20-$22 per hour – Paid Weekly.
 What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning machinery using tools, manuals, and mechanical knowledge
  • Manage repair schedules and complete tasks on time
  • Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
  • Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
 What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of mechanical repair or maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of gears, bearings, shafts, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
  • Skilled with hand and power tools
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical documents
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance and safety practices
  • Supervisor Experience 
 Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent bending, standing, and climbing
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Overtime to accommodate production schedules may be required.  Physical requirements which are part of the essential functions:Standing, sitting, moving, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping hearing or equivalent, sight-visual acuity.Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and tools including fine, highly controlled muscular movements to adjust the position of control mechanisms; skillful, controlled manipulations of small objects; coordinating the movement of more than one limb simultaneously and bending or stooping repeatedly or continually over time.  Mental requirements which are part of the essential functions:The ability to read and understand work instruction plans, diagrams and specifications.Effectively communicate and interact with others.  Educational and or prior experience requirements include:High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience.
