Job Description
Job Title: Automatic Setup Person
Job Type: Full Time
Job Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Overtime (after 40 hours worked), are not
guaranteed and are dependent on the customer’s production requirements.
Hours per week: 40
Job location: Holly, MI
Benefits: Dental Insurance, Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401 K (In progress)
Wages: Dependent on Abilities ($25 and up)
Job Description: Must be able to setup, repair and troubleshoot Acme automatic screw machines.
Assist machine operators in machine operation and problem resolution. Must be able to read micrometers, calipers and blueprints. Must be able to communicate with management and operators in the screw machine department. Must be able to help with quoting and estimation of new screw machine parts. Experience in a high volume production machining environment is preferred. Overtime is paid time and a half and is available.
Job Requirements: This job requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of previous experience.
You must also be capable of lifting part filled tubs weighing up to 50 lbs.
Specific Requirements: You must possess a valid driver’s license.
