Job Description
Cardinal Staffing has partnered with a Sandusky bakery looking to hire DIRECT a Sanitation Supervisor. Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring cleaning policies, perform daily sanitation inspections, andoversee the duties of the sanitation crew. This individual will be working along the sides of the sanitationcrew. Their duties include coordination and keeping track of cleaning routines as well as creating anddissemination work schedules for the sanitation staff. Also, they will manage the Master SanitationSchedule. The Sanitation Supervisor will report directly to the QA Manager and Food Safety Director.
Requirements:Experience in a food manufacturing environment required Detailed knowledge of the food industry and a good eye for detail. Knowledge of allergen cleaning (The big 9 allergens)Demonstrated experience in a leadership role Understanding of GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety and quality auditsForklift and Aerial Lift experience Computer proficient with experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
DIRECT HIRE compensation offered BOE $70-80KHours - 2nd shift 3p-11p overtime may be required
