Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Sandblaster for a well-known client in Toledo, OH. As a Sandblaster, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sandblaster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cleaning metal surfaces using industrial sandblasting equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, prepare, or finish metal surfaces.
- Set up, maintain, and adjust blasting equipment as needed.
- Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with additional shop duties as needed.
- Report any equipment issues or defects to supervisors.
- Previous sandblasting or industrial cleaning experience preferred; training may be provided.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and physical environments.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
