Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is currently seeking skilled Roll Forming Operator with experience in forming structural components such as beams, channels, and plates to join a manufacturing facility in Burton, MI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and operate press brake machinery to bend and form heavy-gauge structural steel according to precise specifications. Accuracy, safety, and the ability to interpret blueprints and job orders are critical in this role.
What you'll be doing:
Shift:1st Shift (6am - 3:30pm)
Pay:$15 - $20/hr

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and operate press brake machinery to bend and form heavy-gauge structural steel according to precise specifications. Accuracy, safety, and the ability to interpret blueprints and job orders are critical in this role.
What you'll be doing:
- Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools and welding equipment
- Handle materials and packages in a warehouse environment
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and welding equipment
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
