Location: Lansing, MI

Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for visual and mechanical defects
- Use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers) to assess quality
- Record inspection results and maintain detailed documentation
- Follow safety and quality procedures specific to each client site
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
- Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus during repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and wear steel-toe boots
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays as required)
- Shifts vary by client location – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
- Work environments may include production lines, warehouses, and automotive facilities
- Pay starts at $15.00/hour or higher, depending on assignment and experience
