Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is hiring a Quality Manager in Toledo, OH! We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and enhance the company’s quality management system. This role is key to ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing quality audits and inspections
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  • Managing corrective actions and driving process improvements
  • Leading and maintaining ISO certification and compliance efforts

Shift time: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday                    5-10 hours of Overtime should be expected weeklyPay: Based on Experience 
Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance practices
  • Hands-on experience with quality control procedures and inspection methods
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to lead quality audits and implement effective improvement plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or the coatings industry is a strong plus
