Position OverviewThe Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the company’s quality systems. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality assurance practices—especially within aerospace manufacturing. The Quality Manager will lead the quality department, train inspection personnel, and develop inspection methods, documentation, and programs for a wide range of measurement equipment.

Position OverviewThe Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the company’s quality systems. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality assurance practices—especially within aerospace manufacturing. The Quality Manager will lead the quality department, train inspection personnel, and develop inspection methods, documentation, and programs for a wide range of measurement equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO9001-compliant quality systems and procedures.
- Train and mentor inspection associates on quality standards, inspection techniques, and proper equipment usage.
- Create and maintain inspection method plans and quality documentation.
- Write and edit CMM programs for a variety of vision and measurement machines.
- Assist in root cause analysis and generate internal/external discrepancy reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and inspection processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and management to uphold quality goals.

- Keyence Telescopic Machine
- Precision Inspection Tools:
- Sheffield Systems
- Height Gages
- Micrometers
- Indicators
- Calipers
- Thread, Plug, and Spline Gages
- Extensive experience in a quality management role, preferably within the aerospace or precision machining industry.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 standards and implementation.
- Proven ability to write and maintain quality system documentation.
- Proficiency with inspection equipment, CMM programming, and measurement techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
