Position OverviewAs an Inspection Associate, you will work directly under the Quality Manager and alongside experienced quality inspectors to verify the accuracy and integrity of precision-machined components. You will be involved in first piece, in-process, and final inspections using a variety of advanced inspection tools and vision-based measurement systems.

You will be involved in first piece, in-process, and final inspections using a variety of advanced inspection tools and vision-based measurement systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections on production parts.
- Measure and verify part dimensions using manual and vision-based inspection tools.
- Document inspection results and communicate findings to production and quality teams.
- Collaborate with Quality Inspectors and the Quality Manager to ensure all products meet blueprint and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
- Help identify and report any non-conforming parts or potential process improvements.
- Vision Measurement Systems: Fowler Vision Machine, OGP Vision CMM, Profilometer, Keyence Telescopic Machine
- Manual Inspection Tools:
- Sheffield measuring systems
- Height Gages
- Micrometers
- Dial Indicators
- Calipers
- Thread Gages
- Plug Gages
- Spline Gages
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have experience using Vision Measurement Systems and Manual Inspection Tools
- Basic understanding of measurement principles and mechanical part inspection.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise measurement procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- 4+ Years experience in quality inspection ia a must
