As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet both internal and external quality standards. You will translate customer expectations into measurable criteria, integrate quality initiatives throughout project lifecycles, and drive continuous improvement in all facets of our operations.

Job Brief:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet both internal and external quality standards. You will translate customer expectations into measurable criteria, integrate quality initiatives throughout project lifecycles, and drive continuous improvement in all facets of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Document Procedures: Create clear and comprehensive electronic manufacturing procedures aligned with APQP requirements and project management needs.
- Monitor Quality Performance: Regularly assess and analyze customer and plant quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Corrective Actions: Manage corrective and preventive measures for internal, supplier, and customer issues to enhance overall quality.
- Manage ISO/QS Systems: Support and maintain compliance with ISO standards to ensure consistent quality processes.
- Ensure Product Quality: Take ownership of product quality and internal quality processes to uphold our standards.
- Strategic Quality Leadership: Contribute to the development of long-term quality strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead PPAP Process: Oversee the product PPAP process, including FMEAs, Control Plans, and SPC, ensuring thorough review and approval.
- Provide Training: Conduct training sessions on quality-related topics to enhance organizational knowledge and capabilities.
- Review Inspection Data: Analyze quality inspection data to achieve targeted quality objectives effectively.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Quality or Electronics Manufacturing roles.
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with APQP, ISO, IATF standards, or equivalents.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, including GD&T, and understanding manufacturing process development.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Electronics Manufacturing standards (e.g., IPC), training, auditing, and supplier quality management.
- Position Type: Full-time, salaried range based on interview/experience 75-90K
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with performance bonuses available.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including a 401k plan with NEC contribution (3-4% of gross earnings).
