Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator for a client in Napoleon, OH. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for all quality checks on production lines. Works with supervisor to achieve production goals and service standards, through open communication with processing teams.

First Shift: Monday through Friday 5:45am to 2:00pm with possible overtime.

Responsibilities of the Quality Coordinator:
- Monitor production to ensure all documentation is complete.
- Resolve routine customer questions and complaints or refer to higher level.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.
- Inventory cycle counts, and send weekly shortages to all customers.
- Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Coordinator:
- Computer skills
- 1+ years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality systems and controls.
