Cardinal Staffing has partnered with a leading equipment manufacturer in the Sandusky area and we are recruiting for a Quality Control InspectorKey Responsibilities:
Compensation: $20/hr to start – higher BOE
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with hire in eligibility after just 30 days

- Perform quality inspections on welds and part assemblies
- Check weld penetration and porosity using visual standards
- Verify build orders for accuracy
- Ensure correct mechanical parts are installed on each machine
- Read and interpret work orders and tape measurements
- Willing to inspect equipment interiors (not a confined space)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable working in and around industrial machinery
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and inspecting large metal structures
- Comfortable working in warm shop environments
- Experience inspecting welds or working with heavy machinery
- Familiarity with fabrication, sealcoating equipment, or similar industries
