Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Technician for an automotive manufacturing company in Roseville, MI. A successful Quality Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines.
This is a 1st shift position from 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Occasional is available.

Responsibilities of the Quality Technician:
- Monitor production to ensure all documentation is complete.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.
- Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Technician:
- Knowledge and experience in measuring equipment such as Calipers, and Micrometers is required.
- Understanding of computers and in programs like Word, Excel, and Office strongly preferred.
- A background in Production or Quality Control/Assurance is a plus.
- Fast learners, and detail oriented people encouraged to apply.
- Team players preferred as this is a job that requires open communication, and working toward a goal.
- Applicants with strong basics in the qualifications above will be provided on-the-job training.
