Job Description

Project Manager

The Project Manager is the lead contact for the customer that starts at the receipt of the customer order through the system tryout and shipment.
The Project Manager will create, update, and distribute the project schedule as required to the customer and internally throughout the organization.

Worl in coordination with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, and Management on all phases of the program
o Design review and sign off
o Material Order
o Machining
o Assembly
o Pipe & wire
o Outside Services
o Try out
o Installation at customer plant

Work Activities
Create and update Time Lines as required  Worl closely with Account Manager to tracl and manage job flow
o Track any delays or changes in project scope of worl
o Support the negotiations of any delays or changes in project scope of worl

Work in coordination with Accounting and Management to tracl project cost of Time studies to drive process efficiencies
Support continuous improvement of the project management process
o Create and implement new process to gain efficiencies, while maintaining quality and safety
Close project and prepare final project summary for any variances and lessons learned

Desktop Computer Skills
Understanding of the use of Microsoft Office Suite o Microsoft Project
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft PowerPoint
