Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Production Workers (General Laborers) in Perrysburg Township, OH. As a Production Worker for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products. They are comfortable using hand and power tools, including screw guns and drills, and can accurately follow work instructions and customer specifications. The ideal candidate works well independently and as part of a team, maintains a strong focus on safety, and is willing to perform a variety of production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available shifts include 1st 6:30AM to 5PM Monday to Thursday. Overtime possible on Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Disassemble racks as needed for rework projects.
- Install dunnage materials, including foam, rubber, and plastic, into finished racks to meet customer specifications.
- Use a screw gun/drill to securely attach foam and plastic components with self-tapping screws.
- Stencil required labels, markings, and verbiage onto painted and powder-coated racks.
- Hang parts on carts in preparation for the powder coating process.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
