Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Production Workers in Fremont, Ohio. As a Production Worker for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a manufacturing setting and be involved in all aspects of making batteries for heavy-duty equipment. This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of ($20.80/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Pay range for these positions if from $20.80/hr plus $1 shift premium. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available.

Responsibilities of the Production Worker:
- Unload/load machines
- Operate machines
- Assembly batteries
- Ensure products meet specification
Required Qualifications of the Production Worker:
- At least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Other Requirements:
- Facility requires a routine blood draw
- Facility requires shower after shift
- Facility requires clean shaven face for respirator
