Cardinal Staffing is hiring Production MIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in Holly, MI. We're looking for candidates who will be responsible for the fabrication of heavy-duty industrial shipping racks. Pay: $21.20
Shift: Monday – Friday 7 am – 4:30pm plus occasional overtime

Shift: Monday – Friday 7 am – 4:30pm plus occasional overtime
Job Description:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment and related tools
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Measure and position materials according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Meet production and quality standards
- Perform other welding and fabrication duties as needed
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or welding drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to use basic measuring tools
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
