Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is seeking a Production Supervisor located in Toledo, OH.
Pay: TBD
Shift: Must have open availability
Job Duties: • 30+ union associates, including maintenance, operators and diemakers.
• Assign daily tasks to operators, maintenance, and diemakers.
• Use various resources to verify daily production goals are being met.
• Responsible for scheduling weekly overtime as needed.
• Overcome minimal staffing on shifts through strategic management to maximize throughput while
maintaining a safe work environment.
• Responsible for holding weekly safety meetings to ensure associates are educated on all aspects of
working in a safe manner
