Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring an Entry-Level Production & Repair Technician for a leading manufacturer of entry systems, kiosks, coin changers, and automated equipment. in Holland, OH. As a Production & Repair Technician, you’ll play an important role in building, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while gaining valuable hands-on mechanical skills.
The Production & Repair Technician will assemble equipment, use hand and power tools, test and calibrate components, diagnose issues, and repair or replace defective parts.

- Assemble, disassemble, test, and repair equipment.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and replace defective parts.
- Calibrate components to product specifications.
- Follow work instructions and technical information.
- Communicate repair findings when needed.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and strong attendance.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Ability to safely handle equipment weighing approximately 25–300 pounds.
