Cardinal Staffing is hiring PRODUCTION OPERATORS in Norwalk, OH.
Job Description:
Manufacturing Associates will fabricate and assemble industrial foam insulation products used on commercial and industrial piping systems, valves, tanks, and mechanical equipment. Team members work with rigid foam insulation materials, specialized cutting equipment, measuring tools, adhesives, and protective coverings to produce precision-fit insulation components for refrigeration, chilled water, steam, and process piping applications. 
2nd Shift 5pm-1:30amCompensation $17-$18 based on role assigned
Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble foam insulation products for industrial piping systems 
  • Operate saws, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment 
  • Read work orders, blueprints, and product specifications 
  • Apply adhesives, coatings, and protective coverings to insulation products 
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy 
  • Package and prepare completed products for shipment 
  • Maintain a clean and safe production environment 
  • Follow company quality and safety standards 
Materials Commonly Used:
  • Polyisocyanurate foam 
  • Cellular glass 
  • Extruded polystyrene 
  • Phenolic foam insulation 
Skills & Experience:
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred 
  • Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math 
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods 
  • Dependable and team-oriented
