Job Description

Job Duties:
- Operating overhead cranes to load scrap metal into melting pots
- Monitoring the melt deck and working in high-heat environments
- Pouring molten magnesium into casting sheets
- Cooling, polishing, palletizing, and preparing finished products for shipment
- Following all safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Comfortable working in very hot conditions and around molten metal
- Ability to safely operate and work near overhead cranes
- Prior heavy industrial, steel mill, foundry, or metals experience preferred
- Willingness to work 12-hour swing shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Direct hire opportunity with long-term stability
- Production incentive bonuses and royalty bonuses in addition to base pay
