Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Production Lead in Sandusky, OH.  As a Production Leader you will work for a world class baking manufacturer. Oven Operator – Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 
  • Ability to facilitate and manage mixers/operators, ensuring quality product
  • Keep a continuous workflow to meet production needs, eliminating downtime
  • Take complete ownership of the bakery area, building a cohesive team, communicating effectively and reporting any issues to upper management
  • Adhere to all safety and high level standards of the baking areas
  • Constant quality inspection
 Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
