Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Production Workers for a metal stamping facility in Maumee, OH. Job Responsibilities:
Position Requirements:
Shift and Pay:1st shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm ($15.00/Hour)3rd shift: Sunday - Wednesday 7:30pm - 6:00am ($15.70/Hour) We are invested in our team members and offer general referral bonuses as well! - Perform basic assembling and machine operation.
- Perform pre-assembly set-up and functions as required.
- Maintain work area and equipment by proper cleaning and organizing.
- Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process.
- Maintain efficiency and always follow safety protocols.
- Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year of machine operation experience.
- Demonstrated work ethic and good attendance history
- Ability to work mandatory overtime hours
