Your next level of career growth starts here! Surestaff is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Production Designer contract in Memphis, TN. In this role you would be working for a reputable global non-profit organization working with the creative development team in a design-oriented role. Job Location: In-Office, Memphis, TN. Job Details: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM CST | $30-$35 per hour (based on experience) | Contract role- renews on a 6-month basis. Essential Job Functions:
  • Creative support for the development and technical production of materials for distribution and versioning of design work as it relates to business priorities, event support and core/campaign needs.
  • Supports the creative team through creative development, technical production, timely execution and serving as a functional production designer for design projects including marketing collateral, advertising, presentations, and publications. 
  • Works closely with creative and production leads print buyers and operations teams to ensure overall consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of materials as well as the management of complex projects and sophisticated technical design requirements. 
  • Handles rush design requests as needed.
  Requirements: 
  • 4 or more years of relevant experience to the design field. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in Production Art, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field; or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • Competent in the use of the Mac operating system and Microsoft Office applications; understanding and skill in current design software and technology applications, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Skilled in presentation software including Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
  • Flexibility and an organized mindset to prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
