Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is seeking a reliable Bengali to English Translator to support communication within an automotive manufacturing environment in Highland Park, MI.The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Bengali and English and able to accurately translate verbal and written communication between employees, supervisors, and management.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00–$17.50/hr

Production Bilingual Translator Responsibilities:
- Translate from Bengali to English and English to Bengali
- Assist with communication during training, meetings, and daily production activities
- Help ensure employees clearly understand workplace instructions, policies, and safety procedures
- Support HR and management with employee communication as needed
- Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
