Production Associate
1st Shift 6am-230pm Monday-Friday 2nd Shift 3pm-1130pm Monday-Friday
Pay:$15-$17 per hour
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a fast-paced production team in a clean industrial laundry and healthcare services environment. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations by sorting, processing, folding, inspecting, and preparing healthcare linens and products for customer delivery.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Sort, fold, package, and prepare linens and healthcare garments for shipment
- Load and unload materials into washers, dryers, and production equipment
- Inspect products for stains, tears, or quality concerns
- Maintain production speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Follow company safety procedures and production standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as assigned
- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Fast-paced production and industrial laundry environment
- Exposure to heat, steam, noise, and moving machinery
- Safety equipment and training provided
- Weekly pay

- Stable work schedule with overtime opportunities available
- Closed-toe work shoes required
- Additional PPE provided as needed based on department assignment
