Cardinal Staffing is currently looking for Production Associates for our client in Livonia, MI
Pay:$15-17 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-230pm 3pm-1130pm
The Production Associate supports daily operations within a healthcare laundry facility by processing, sorting, and preparing linens for distribution. This role works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.Essential Functions & Responsibilities

The Production Associate supports daily operations within a healthcare laundry facility by processing, sorting, and preparing linens for distribution. This role works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Sort, inspect, and process healthcare linens (gowns, sheets, towels, etc.)
- Operate production equipment such as washers, dryers, and folding machines
- Identify and remove damaged or stained items according to quality standards
- Fold, stack, and package clean linens for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
- Meet daily production goals and maintain workflow efficiency
- Assist in other areas of production as needed (cross-training required)
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for 8–10 hours
- Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a warm, humid production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
