Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is screening for a production position at a small craft distillery in Temperance, MI. Ff you are thirsty for a fast paced, energetic environment, apply to join their team! Must be able to pass a food safety test and adhere to their strict food safe dress code.
This temp-to-hire position runs 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday, with OT available. Pay starts at $17/hr.

Key Responsibilities: (Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned)
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines with an elevated sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Produce, Pack, and Inspect raw materials and finished goods
- Load raw material into equipment; catch, label, stamp, and pack finished goods
- Set up and assemble materials and packaging
- Move raw materials and finished goods to specified areas
- Complete Quality Assurance throughout the production process
- Initiate immediate Quality & Supervision Review’s for any suspect or defective products and packaging
- Participate in training of new employees
- Uphold standards for cleanliness and safe work environments, ensure your work area’s meet these expectations
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, with 0-1 year of production or manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability to efficiently remain organized, detailed oriented and tactful while communicating
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
