ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Streamline the complicated URL structure and help with documentation to mitigate the current issues in tracking the data and to set up the TARGET tests. 2. Identify the gaps in implementation and tracking – Team raiser online data and Adobe analytics online data doesn’t match; this is crippling us to come with a meaningful analysis and Insights. 3. Develop implementation for unique id like Event id or Order id that would match both with team raiser and Adobe analytics. 4. QA the implementation and validate what evars and props that are being captured for the metrics. Document the functionality and implementations 5. Identify all the existing URLs qualifying as a donation form and analyze the fundraiser journey. 6. Work to define web KPIs for FRX by analyzing the traffic and the behavior. 7. Build standard segments for P2P - Currently P2P Donation form segment only captures visits and not Orders in Adobe Analytics. We need streamlining of URLs like the English + Spanish Donation form segment for SJO. 8. Provide support with strong technical skills on debugging issues with Form Tagging and tracking, marketing channels and processing rules, Adobe Clickstream, GA4, SFMC, Email segmentation, Audience segmentation, Email tracking, 9. Build Donor and campaign AA/GA dashboards for FRX, email and mobile analytics. 10. Build overall Email dashboard for leads - identifying qualified leads by connecting Adobe Analytics, SFMC and BI. 11. Build Donor/Volunteer/Fundraiser dashboards with ALSAC data sources and Journey maps to deliver actionable narratives on integrated campaigns, engagement, identifying optimization and testing opportunities to improve the experience. REQUIREMENTS Strong Technical and Analytical skill set required in Adobe Analytics,Adobe Launch and Adobe target Numerous gaps between the front-end development and Analytics tracking of our primary Fundraising product (FRX) has been identified.
