Este puesto es esencial para mantener la calidad del producto, la eficiencia y los estándares de seguridad alimentaria.Funciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales
- Empacar, etiquetar y preparar productos de carne según las especificaciones
- Cargar y descargar productos en las líneas de producción de manera segura y eficiente
- Inspeccionar, clasificar y pesar productos para asegurar los estándares de calidad
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada, incluyendo la correcta eliminación de desechos
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria, saneamiento y políticas de la empresa
- Asistir en la operación básica de equipos según sea necesario
- Realizar tareas de limpieza y saneamiento al final del turno
- Apoyar a compañeros y supervisores con otras tareas asignadas
- Puesto de nivel inicial – no se requiere experiencia (se ofrece capacitación)
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente frío y de ritmo rápido
- Atención al detalle y habilidad para seguir instrucciones
- Puntualidad y fuerte ética de trabajo
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo con actitud positiva
- Se requiere ser bilingüe o hablar español
- Estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y realizar tareas repetitivas por largos periodos
- Levantar de 40 a 50 libras regularmente
- Sentirse cómodo trabajando en temperaturas refrigeradas
- Instalación de almacenamiento en frío / procesamiento de carne (35–45°F)
- Exposición a carne cruda, maquinaria de producción y productos de limpieza
- Ambiente de producción dinámico y enfocado en el trabajo en equipo
