Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Powder Coater for a well-known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This position involves preparing and powder coating metal parts while operating a forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility.

Available shift: 1st shift 6:30AM to 5PM Monday to Thursday. Overtime on Friday 6:30AM to 3PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts for the powder coating process
- Apply powder coating according to production and quality specifications
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products
- Inspect finished products for proper coverage and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform other production duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift
- Comfortable working around industrial ovens and high-heat conditions
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and production requirements
