Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is immediately staffing for Paint Booth Associates in Taylor, MI. 2nd shift = 3PM – 11PM Mon-Fri $16.30/hr Some overtime may be required if production needs increase.

We are currently looking for employees to work Powder Coat Painting functions. You will be preparing parts and materials, as well as setting up and performing finishing operations on products.
With this job, you will be loading and unloading parts and materials on conveyors and racks before and after processing. Hanging and taking down assemblies on the paint line that go through the paint process.
*Forklift experience is a PLUS for this position.*
Other duties assigned as needed.Must be able to learn and master new skills, understand and follow directions and rules; safely and effectively operate various machines and equipment. This position requires standing, sitting, moving, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 50lbs, bending and stooping.

Mental requirements which are part of the essential functions: The ability to read and understand work instruction plans, diagrams and specifications.Effectively communicate and interact with others. Educational and or prior experience requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience.
