We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team in Sandusky, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent daytime hours and the potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
- Use air-assisted paint guns to paint various parts
- Load parts from a pallet onto a rack
- Move racks into and out of the paint booth
- Remove painted parts and place them onto drying racks
- Refill paint racks with new parts throughout the shift
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Some experience with air-assisted paint guns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
