Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring a Parts Department Phone Representative for a manufacturer of payment and entry solutions for unattended industries, driving innovation across car wash, parking, laundry, and amusement in Holland, OH.   As a Parts Dept. Phone Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and technicians seeking parts information, pricing, and availability over the phone. The ideal candidate would have a background in production and assembly, strong product knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Small assembly on the production floor is required.  Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $17/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm Parts Dept. Phone Rep. Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Customer Service, inquiry handling, and problem resolution
 
  • Order processing and management
 
  • Assembly on the production floor
 
  • Collaboration and communication
 Parts Dept. Phone Rep. Requirements and Qualifications 
  • Experience with customer service and making phone calls 
 
  • Ability to flow between the production floor and office
 
  • Problem solving
 
  • Ability to multitask
 
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
 
  • Some mechanical knowledge
 
  • Previous assembly experience
