Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Part-Time Leasing Assistant in Tallahassee, FL.  As a Leasing Assistant for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will be working on a 3-day per week schedule assisting with leasing operations for a reputable apartment complex. 
*This role requires all candidates to have a High School Diploma or an equivalent.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review applicants applying for housing, including their written applications and in-person tours of available units. 
  • Answer phones and emails in a prompt and professional manner. 
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained/uploaded into system for each tenant and potential tenant. 
  • Work with management to ensure that company standards are being adhered to.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Capacity to work independently within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Previous experience in a leasing role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs. 
  • Skill to communicate clearly, effectively, tactfully, and patiently in-person, on the phone and in writing to a diverse population, and to present oneself professionally and cordially. 
  • A high-level of organizational ability, personal accountability, and dedication to professionalism.
