Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Part-Time Customer Service Special position in Tallahassee, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a contract role lasting 1-3 months. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and collaborate with internal departments to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. Wednesday-Friday | 8:30AM to 5:30PM | $17-$20 per hour (based on experience) Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Assist with customer account setup and maintenance.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability updates.
  • Support promotional and sales initiatives as needed.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
 Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
 Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in customer service within the lighting or home furnishings industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and online customer portals.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
