Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is looking for a hard-working, friendly Part Time Custodian to join a local chapel/church facilities team to keep their church building tidy, clean and well-maintained.
$13.00 per hour*2nd shift- 5pm to 11pm (two days a week and one weekend a month) - must be able to train on 1st shift

Job Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash/recycle bins and dispose of trash/recyclables.
- Clean, sanitize and supply bathrooms.
- Assist with setup and tear down of tables and chairs for events.
- Lock/unlock doors and turn off lights.
- Observe proper chemical handling procedures when working with common cleaning agents.
- Interact with church staff and visitors in a respectful, positive manner.
- Custodial experience or training may be required.
- Respect for cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, move furniture, and always work safely.
- Motivation to work independently – and with others – to prepare the church.
- Flexible schedule of 6-hour shifts, with a preference for evenings/nights; occasional weekend/holiday shifts.
- Familiarity with – and no objections to – Facility’s vision, mission, and statement of faith.
